In the interests of hygiene, all returned items must be unworn and unaltered, in perfect condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. If you are not able to comply with these requirements, L’île du Soleil reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. Any genuinely faulty products are entitled to a refund or replacement.
In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, we undertake to cover the cost of the product return. You have the right to return your order in whole or in part. The item(s) can be returned for a refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with a security tag, original packaging and the original invoice. In this case, you shall solely bear the immediate cost of returning the product.
L’île du Soleil reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and, in the Return, Instructions accompanying the order. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the purchased items will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
Greece: Returns from Greece are free of charge, using either our ELTA or GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI courier account. Please request to charge the recipient: L’île du Soleil, Μεγάλου Αλεξάνδρου 6, Νεα σμυρνη, 17122.
Rest of the World: Please call DHL and arrange a pick-up, using the airwaybill number provided, after contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding your return. Please note that the following cost will be deducted from the cost of the item purchased which is being refunded, to cover the return costs.
