How do I make a purchase?

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal – Shop easily & speed through checkout with PayPal secure payment.

To create a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

Credit Card – Payment for purchases can be made by credit card: Visa©, MasterCard©, American Express, Diners Club.

Cash on Delivery – Pay in cash for your order at the time you receive your parcel.

Do you keep my personal data private?

Is My Payment Secure?

All credit card payments are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and The TLS 1.2 encryption is used with 128-bit encryption protocol (SecureSockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.

 

DELIVERY

How much is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost within Greece is €3,5. For Cash on Delivery payment method, the shipping cost is €5.

For orders delivered within EU the cost is €15. For orders outside EU please contact us at boutique@liledusoleil.com.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free delivery on orders over €200 within Greece and €300 within EU.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed and paid before 12:00 pm will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, they will be shipped the next working day.

How long will it take for the delivery?

All orders usually take 1-2 working days to deliver within Greece. Orders placed after 12:00 AM on Friday will be shipped on Monday. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Is it possible to track my order?

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking number that allows you to follow the shipping of your order.

What happens if I am not home when my order arrives?

If no one is available at your address to receive the package, you will be required to rearrange delivery or collect the goods from the courier company.

Do you deliver at weekends or public holidays?

We don’t deliver at weekends, so orders placed after 12:00 AM on Friday will be delivered on Monday. We don’t deliver on public holidays, so your order will be delivered on the next working day.

 

RETURNS

Can I return my order?

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, once you receive your parcel, you have 10 days to place a return. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition as received, enclosing the receipt (undamaged, unworn, unwashed, no stains, all tags must be in place and the hygienic protective liners must not be removed from the swimwear bottoms). All items must be returned in their original packaging as this is considered part of the product.

How do I return my order?

As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact, our return instructions are paper free. Please contact us via e-mail at boutique@liledusoleil.com or send us a private message on Instagram with your name, order number and the item you want to return/exchange and we will arrange a pick-up according to your schedule. Kindly note that return shipping cost is at the customer’s expense.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We have a 10-day period to process your return once it comes back to our warehouse. If the refund is rejected, the item will be immediately shipped back and shipping costs will need to be covered.
